Victoria Woody
Chiropractic Assistant
Meet Victoria, a seasoned chiropractic assistant in the state of Michigan for 40 years, serving the profession with her knowledge, continued education and customer service skills with great passion and enthusiasm. The introduction to the field of chiropractic all started during an early morning ride in a Fowlerville hayfield on a quarter horse named “Fudge”. Evidently, the saddle became loosened and she ended up sideways; then hit the ground as the stubborn horse was in a full canter. Hence, creating a very serious back and hip injury.
After an orthopedic surgeon wanted to render an expensive and risky surgery, Victoria decided to research other options; in which she came upon a chiropractic ad in the yellow pages that described her pain with sciatica going down the leg. Seeking chiropractic was the answer, because after a series of spinal adjustments she was able to walk PAIN FREE and then decided to pursue a career with serving chiropractors ever since!
This career path took her on a traveling journey to many chiropractic training seminars across the country as well as our own Michigan Association of Chiropractors who honored her with Chiropractic Assistant of the Year Award. Mother of 7 grown children with 7 grandchildren, Victoria also finds time as Director of Development for The Dick Wagner “Remember The Child” fund, a charity who’s mission is to bring the healing power of music to hospitalized children with music therapy programs and instrument gifts!
